Position: Head of Growth and Performance Marketing

Location: Remote India

Employment Type: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Growth and Performance Marketing Manager who is passionate about delivering measurable business results. This role is focused on execution, user acquisition, lead generation, app growth, and revenue across our three brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn

Plan and execute performance marketing strategies focused on ROI

Improve landing pages and conversion funnels

Manage App Store Optimization for mobile applications

Implement tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer or Adjust

Create and optimize email, WhatsApp, and marketing automation campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CPA, CPI, CPL, and ROAS

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in performance marketing

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer or Adjust

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools





Experience with App Store Optimization and conversion optimization

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Interview Requirement

Candidates should be ready to share previous campaign results, dashboards, case studies, or examples demonstrating app growth, lead generation, ROAS improvement, or cost reduction.
