Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented finance skilled with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and reconciliations. The role requires strong working knowledge of books of accounts, PF & ESI Filling, GST/TDS compliance, and basic exposure to accounting software such as Tally or NetSuite. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and capable of learning independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- - Maintain day-to-day books of accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.

GST Compliance

- - Prepare and coordinate with consultant for filing GST returns.
- Reconcile GST returns with books of accounts on a monthly basis.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST regulations.

TDS Compliance

- - Compute, deposit, and file TDS returns.
- Reconcile TDS with books and vendor ledgers.




- Issue TDS certificates and handle related queries.

PF, ESI & Other Statutory Compliance

- - Handle PF & ESI filings and monthly compliance.
- Manage Qualified Tax (PT) and STPI related filings.
- Support in any additional statutory or regulatory compliance as required.

Systems & Software

- - Work on accounting software such as Tally / NetSuite for entries and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Skills & Attributes

- - High flexibility to handle multiple finance and compliance tasks.
- Strong self-learning ability and willingness to upgrade skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations and filings.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

- - B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
