Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management: Plan work schedules and assign specific duties to attendants, ensuring smooth operations in the wash bay.
- Quality Control: Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure they meet cleanliness standards, checking for damage or imperfections, and verifying the quality of interior and exterior detailing.
- Team Leadership & Training: Train, mentor, and motivate washing staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the functionality of pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and automated equipment, arranging repairs to minimize downtime.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels of soaps, wax, cleaning agents, and other supplies, and order new supplies as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow environmental regulations regarding water use and disposal.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a skilled manner.

Pay: Up to ₹20,748.26 per month
