We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and smart Mother Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-qualified, caring, and passionate about early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary caregiver and educator for a specific group of young learners.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Monitor and support the academic, emotional, and social development of each child.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: H.S.C with D.Ed, D.El.Ed
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly approach.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Work Hours:
session 1 - 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
session 2 - 12 noon to 6:00 pm
