Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to support the school’s academic, marketing, and communication initiatives. The role involves editing high-quality videos for educational content, school events, social media, and promotional materials while maintaining the school’s brand identity and values.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce videos for:
- Academic content (online classes, lectures, tutorials)
- School events (annual day, sports day, celebrations, exhibitions)
- Marketing and promotional campaigns
- Social media platforms and the school website
- Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and administration to understand content requirements
- Add graphics, subtitles, music, transitions, and effects appropriate for educational use
- Ensure videos are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with school culture
- Organize and manage video files, footage, and archives
- Maintain consistency in branding, color themes, and tone
- Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Film, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (school/education experience is a plus)




- Proficiency in video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
- Basic knowledge of audio editing and color correction
- Understanding of social media video formats and standards
- Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Patience and adaptability in an educational environment
- Good time management and organizational skills

Work Environment

- School-based, creative, and collaborative environment

Preferred (Optional)

- Knowledge of photography and camera handling
- Experience creating reels, shorts, or animated explainer videos
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook content guidelines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
