- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and Labour Law requirements.
- Generate salary slips and payroll-related MIS reports.
- Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance.
- Support UAN generation, ESIC registration, and statutory updates.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and statutory benefits.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for salary processing and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
- Perform other HR and payroll-related tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
- MBA (HR)/MSW/B.Com or any graduate with HR specialization.
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
