Technical Research Assistant

About the Role

Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Technical Research Assistant to join our Research & Development team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong engineering background who are passionate about research, technical problem-solving, and innovation. You will assist in engineering research projects, technical documentation, literature reviews, and manuscript preparation while working alongside experienced researchers.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Engineering is mandatory.
- CGPA/GPA of 8.0 or above is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- PhD candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust technical knowledge in core engineering subjects.
- Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience in research documentation, academic projects, journal publications, technical paper writing, thesis work, or engineering projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research aptitude.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a research-oriented environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist senior researchers in engineering research and development projects.
- Conduct literature reviews and identify relevant technical resources.
- Prepare research proposals, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Support manuscript preparation for national and international journal publications.
- Collect, analyze,



and interpret technical data for research activities.
- Assist in technical documentation, referencing, formatting, and plagiarism compliance.
- Coordinate with research teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies, research methodologies, and publication standards.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's technical knowledge, research aptitude, English communication, and overall performance during the interview process.
