Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related discipline

We are looking for a First Line Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience in High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) to supervise shift operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient shop floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily HPDC production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor die casting process parameters and reduce casting defects.
- Lead and manage operators, ensuring discipline and productivity.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Tool Room for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, TPM, safety, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare shift reports and monitor machine downtime and rejection.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of HPDC production experience in the automotive or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of aluminum die casting, process parameters, and casting defects.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
