Next Square Feet is a real estate technology platform helping property owners, agents, and builders get leads through digital listings. We need someone who can both find data and run marketing to bring us results.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Data Mining Executive who can do 2 things:

1. Find & build data of property owners, agents, and builders across India

2. Run digital campaigns on FB, IG, Google to generate leads for our subscription plans

This is a learning + execution role for someone hungry to grow in both data and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Part 1: Data Mining & Research

1. Collect, clean, and organize data of property owners, agents, builders from portals, FB groups, directories, Google

2. Build targeted databases for sales team with Phone, Email, Location, Property Type

3. Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, JustDial, 99acres, Magicbricks for data extraction

4. Ensure data accuracy and avoid duplicates

Part 2: Digital Marketing

1. Run and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads for lead generation

2. Create basic ad creatives, captions,



and audience targeting

3. Post organic content on FB, IG, LinkedIn pages - 3-4 posts/week

4. Manage WhatsApp Business, respond to inquiries, and handover warm leads to sales team

5. Track ad performance, CPL, and submit weekly reports

6. Basic SEO, Google Business Profile updates, and email campaigns

What You’ll Learn

Lead generation, Meta Ads, Data tools, CRM, and Real Estate Marketing from scratch

Requirements

1. Education: Any Graduate. Diploma in Marketing/IT preferred

2. Skills Must Have:

- Good at Excel/Google Sheets - formulas, filtering, data cleaning

- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram

- Canva or any tool for basic poster/creative making

- Valuable written English + Hindi. Regional language is a plus

3. Tools: Own Laptop, Stable Internet, Smartphone

4. Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-learner, comfortable with targets

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed: Upto ₹10,000 per month

- Bonus: Performance bonus for every 1000 verified leads / successful campaigns

- Perks: Growth to Sr. Executive in 6 months - Expect Salary 25000/month

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM | WFH

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
