Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team at Inovit Aerospace Solutions Private Limited. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our milling equipment, contributing to the production of high-quality materials that meet our stringent specifications. Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor milling machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality

· Conduct regular inspections of equipment, troubleshooting and resolving minor mechanical issues as needed

· Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality measurements

· Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

· Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety protocols

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

· High school/ITI/ diploma or equivalent





· 2+ years of experience operating milling equipment in a manufacturing environment

· Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

· Basic understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting

Preferred:

· Experience with CNC milling machines and advanced milling techniques

· Familiarity with quality control processes and standards

· Certification in machine operation or related field

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:

· Proficient in operating milling machines and related equipment

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Experience with computer-based manufacturing systems and inventory management

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit:

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

· Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
