Responsibilities-

- Manage Amazon and other online marketplace accounts.
- Handle Voice of the Customer (VOC) metrics and implement improvement measures based on customer feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Process and track orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel and marketplace tools.
- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.




- Support business growth by implementing strategies to improve product performance and overall sales.
- Case log management
- Suggested a+ sheet maintain
- Focus on step dashboard metrics to reach premium for smoother payment cycle rotation
- Request Unfulfillable inventory & track till the product returns to our warehouse , maintain proper sheet & create case for the lost inventory
- Safety claim case for wrong & defective products

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
