- Training comprising theoretical inputs and practical real time
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc.
- Arrange for and conduct in office training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Excellent Communication and Written Skills in Tamil
- Proficiency in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies.
- Ready to travel extensively in the region to conduct practical sessions at various colleges
- Immediate Joiners required
