About the Role

Spotmies LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Software Testing Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products.

This internship offers hands-on experience working on real-world web and mobile applications, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Successful interns will be evaluated based on performance and may be offered a full-time position with a competitive package upon successful completion of the 6-month internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Manual Testing on web and mobile applications.
- Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.
- Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Validate APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements before release.
- Prepare testing reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Eligibility

- B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Tech, MSc (Computer Science/IT) or related fields.

- Candidates with project experience in software testing will have an added advantage.
