Job Description

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts in line with the creative briefs.

-
Working under the guidance and in collaboration with the senior members of the team, execute small to medium scale projects,
from conception to delivery by creating original work that is creatively effective and demonstrates fresh thinking.

- Design clear engaging graphic communications for different mediums and applications.
(This could include but are not limited to reports, brochures, campaign pieces, website and social media graphics,
presentations, brand guidelines and others)

- Assist with the creation and updating of a variety of internal communications.
(This could include but are not limited to website and blog updates, presentations, social media posts, space signage and others)

- Independently manage own work queue, related tools and proactively engage with other teams when needed.

Ensure practice of standard design process

Ensure a high standard of personal discipline and organizational engagement.

Requirements

- Compelling portfolio of graphic design work. An individual should be able to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style

Strong creative and analytical skills

Must be proficient in design programs including Adobe Creative Suite

Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Energetic, task-oriented, with strong work ethic and positive attitude

Quick learner, detail oriented, efficient and dependable

High sense of urgency and must be able to work well under pressure
