ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Olive Intelligence (OI) is building an independent, advisory-first cybersecurity, privacy, and responsible AI practice serving CISOs and senior executives across Indian enterprises — anchored to live regulatory mandates including the DPDP Act & Rules, SEBI CSCRF, RBI IT Governance and outsourcing directions, and CERT-In norms. We are product-independent by design: we assess, design, and advise — with recommendations anchored to risk and regulation.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will build and deliver OI's responsible AI advisory portfolio — AI governance operating models, AI risk and impact assessments, and framework alignment — for enterprises deploying GenAI and ML under emerging Indian and global mandates (SEBI's AI advisory, RBI's FREE-AI framework and model risk management guidance, DPDP obligations on AI-processed personal data, and the EU AI Act for export-oriented clients). This role converges with our privacy and cyber practices to deliver one integrated risk posture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ AI governance design — Stand up AI governance operating models — policies, AI use-case inventories, risk tiering, review boards, and accountability structures aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.

▪ AI risk assessment — Lead AI risk and impact assessments across the model lifecycle — data provenance, bias and fairness testing, explainability, robustness, and human oversight — producing defensible evidence for boards and regulators.

▪ Regulatory alignment — Map client AI estates to SEBI's AI/ML advisory, RBI FREE-AI and model risk management expectations, DPDP requirements for AI-processed personal data, and the EU AI Act risk classification for exporters.

▪ GenAI risk & security — Assess GenAI/LLM deployments — prompt injection and data leakage exposure (OWASP LLM Top 10), third-party model risk, and guardrail design — in collaboration with our cyber defense practice.





▪ Client advisory — Run executive workshops and board briefings on AI risk posture; help clients answer the regulator's next question before it is asked.

MUST-HAVE: TOOLS & PLATFORMS

▪ Hands-on experience with at least one AI governance framework in practice — NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001 — including building the artefacts (AI inventories, risk registers, impact assessments), not just awareness-level knowledge.

▪ Working familiarity with AI governance tooling — e.g., One Trust AI Governance, Credo AI, Holistic AI, IBM Watson governance, or Microsoft Purview AI — or demonstrated ability to operationalize governance with structured artefacts where no platform exists.

▪ Practical exposure to ML/GenAI systems — enough technical depth to interrogate model documentation, evaluation results, and deployment architectures credibly.

MUST-HAVE: EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

▪ 4+ years across AI/ML, risk, or governance consulting, with at least one delivered AI governance or AI risk assessment engagement.

▪ Understanding of the Indian regulatory direction on AI — SEBI's AI advisory, RBI FREE-AI and MRM guidance — and the intersection of DPDP with AI training and inference data.

▪ Solid communication — able to translate model-level risk into board-level language and defensible positions.

GOOD TO HAVE

▪ Familiarity with the EU AI Act obligations timeline and conformity assessment concepts for Indian exporters.

▪ Exposure to bias/fairness and explainability tooling (e.g., Fairlearn, SHAP/LIME, model cards) and LLM evaluation or red-teaming practice.

▪ Certifications: IAPP AIGP, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent; privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM) a plus given practice convergence.

Pay: ₹501,227.80 - ₹1,561,934.03 per year
