Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager who can own end-to-end product initiatives, from ideation to execution, with a strong focus on metrics, user experience, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with live products and a knack for translating user needs into actionable product features.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and take ownership of assigned products or modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing.
- Define product features and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
- Track and analyze product metrics (DAU, conversion rates, leads) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Use tools like Jira and analytics platforms to plan, track, and optimize product development.
- Generate leads and contribute to product growth initiatives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.




- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

- Freshers with a BBA or relevant degree and robust leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience on live projects will be preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
