Doctorate / post graduate in Chemistry with minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in R & D in process development, invention of current molecules, patent process, product technology transfer in lab scale to pilot plant to commercialize API product, filed DMF, expertise with ICH / GMP guidelines in various characterization techniques.
Demonstrated leadership & team building skill with good interpersonal and communication skills, committed, result oriented, hardworking with quest and zeal to learn new technologies and undertake the challenging tasks, etc.
