We are looking for a proactive, growth-focused MIS Executive & Systems Lead who can design, build, and maintain business systems, automated workflows, and interactive analytics dashboards. The ideal candidate will not just log data, but build standard operational systems (SOPs) and data pipelines that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Systems & Workflow Creation: Design and implement automated tracking systems, reporting structures, and workflows for daily operations.
- Dashboard Building: Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI) to track sales, lead conversions, CRM pipelines, and revenue growth.
- Process Automation: Streamline team processes using Google Workspace apps, advanced tools, and automated templates.
- Business Insights & Analysis: Analyze business data to identify growth bottlenecks, operational gaps, and decision-making opportunities for management.




- Cross-Department Support: Coordinate with CRM, Sales, and Operations teams to gather raw data and transform it into structured, actionable management reports.

Requirements & Skills:

- High proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards, Data Validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Strong system-building mindset: Ability to convert business requirements into functional sheets, forms, and tracking systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization/dashboard tools (Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or Advanced Excel) is a huge plus.
- Problem-solving approach with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
