Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in sales

- Proven ability to build trust and drive sales through strong relationships

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth

- Experience in managing and leading a team of business associates

- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

- Presentable, confident, and well-groomed

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies that leverage your counselling expertise

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship-building

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Lead and manage ab team to achieve sales targets





- Continuously monitor and improve sales performance and client satisfaction

- Use your sales skills to understand client needs and drive sales growth

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Experience in sales or advisory roles a plus!

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
