About the Role

Powerweave Studio is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent video editing and motion graphics skills, have a strong creative vision, and be capable of leading a team while delivering high-quality visual content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and brand promotions.
- Design and create engaging motion graphics and animations for various marketing and branding requirements. (Mandatory)
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content.
- Apply colour correction, audio synchronization, visual effects, transitions, and graphics to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high creative standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review, guide,



and mentor junior editors and designers to maintain quality and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Motion Graphics (Mandatory)
- Excellent video editing and storytelling skills
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Experience in leading and handling a creative team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Software Proficiency

The candidate must be proficient in:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (Mandatory)
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- DaVinci Resolve

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing professional video editing and motion graphics work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
