PPC Engineer / PPC Executive

Location: Khordha, Odisha Experience: 3–5 Years Department: Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PPC Engineer / PPC Executive to oversee production planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely production, effective resource utilization, and seamless coordination across procurement, production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to achieve production targets and customer delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare production plans based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and production capacity.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams for material availability.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize excess stock.




- Track production performance and prepare MIS reports and KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to avoid disruptions.
- Use ERP/SAP for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
