About the Role

Handy sQuad Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Associate (BDA) – Site Inspection Advisor to support our growing operations. The role involves understanding customer requirements through site visits, recommending suitable solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct customer site inspections and assess service requirements.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate facility management solutions.
- Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams for timely service delivery.
- Prepare site inspection reports and assist in quotation preparation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.
- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates and recent pass-outs (Bachelor's or Master's degree holders) are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, or similar roles will be given preference.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation,



and customer-handling skills.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel within Trivandrum and Kochi for customer meetings and site inspections.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
