He plans and administrates the work of installation personnel under him and works in a broad range of commercial enterprises. He also administrates and supervises the tasks of application installation workers and associates in the company. An installation manager is also referred to as an installation supervisor. He recruits, instructs and inspires the installation associates and workers of the same.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Project and Field Engineers in preparation of mobilisation and execution of offshore installation campaigns.
- Coordinate and plan offshore campaigns including manning resources and subcontractor services, etc.
- Prepare procedures and close out comments of the projects.

- Responsible for the execution of all project marine operations.




- Manage and resolve all project installation and operational issues with the team and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure completion of the projects.
- Support in any ad-hoc project and tasks as required by the management or project team.

- Should have good administrative, time management and analytical.

Experience

- Should also have some years of working experience under his belt and have a valid driving license and a clean and robust past driving record.
