Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Snacks Production Supervisor to oversee daily snack production operations. The candidate will manage production staff, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, monitor inventory, and ensure smooth production workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production of snacks and food items
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Monitor staff performance and assign daily tasks
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Check raw materials and manage inventory usage
- Reduce wastage and control production costs
- Ensure orders are prepared on time
- Train and guide production staff
- Coordinate with management regarding stock and production planning




- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients

Requirements

- Previous experience in food/snack production or kitchen supervision
- Valuable leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic inventory and stock management knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Working Hours: 3:30 am to 2:30 pm

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
