We are looking for an experienced HR & IR professional to join our team. The selected candidate will be primarily based at our Uluberia site and will also oversee our Falta units.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 8–9 years of experience in HR & Industrial Relations in a factory setup
- Strong knowledge of factory rules, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Ability to manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant level

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR operations and IR activities at the factory
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions,
- Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives

- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and disciplined work environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
