Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience who can create high performing video content across social media, paid advertising, ecommerce and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand editing, storytelling, motion graphics and AI powered video workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit reels, shorts, webinars, founder videos and educational content
- Create Meta ad videos, YouTube ads and lead generation creatives
- Produce ecommerce product videos and UGC style content
- Develop explainers, product walkthroughs and customer story videos
- Create motion graphics, kinetic typography and animated infographics
- Add captions, sound design, transitions and color grading
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams on creative strategy
- Analyze retention, engagement and watch time metrics
- Research trends and competitor content
- Build AI assisted content workflows
- Optimize videos for different platforms and audience segments

Education

Bachelor degree in Animation, Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication or related field. Robust portfolios will be considered regardless of educational background.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
