- Team Support and working as Team to achieve the goals
- Good at resolving the queries and replying to the DPs/RTAs/Issuers and Demat account holders
- Working at flexible hours

Job Description:

- To co-ordinate and provide the data to internal / external auditors and inspection teams.
- To respond the queries from Issuers / DPs / RTAs.
- To attend the meetings and respond MIIs for their queries existing / new processes / systems.
- Processing and managing the assigned operational activities.
- Co-ordinate with internal stake holders / team members etc.
- Cleaning up system database in line with latest regulatory requirements.
- To support in implementing new regulatory requirements / projects.
- Any activities assigned by supervisors, HOD, senior management etc.
- Drafting / issuing communiques, operating instructions, responses to clients etc.
