Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations while actively supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and assisting in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Sales Responsibilities:

- Attend to customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Provide information about products/services and promote offerings
- Follow up with potential customers and leads
- Maintain customer records and update sales databases
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth




- Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or Sales Executive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:

- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and efficiently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
