About the Role
We're looking for energetic, target-driven sales professionals with a strong hunter mindset. As an Individual Contributor, you'll acquire new clients through field visits, build relationships, deliver solution-based sales pitches, and drive business growth by owning the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through field sales and active prospecting.
- Conduct daily client meetings and present tailored solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
- Update sales activities and pipeline accurately in CRM.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of B2B/B2C sales or business development experience.
- Robust field sales experience with a consultative selling approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive hunter mindset.
- Own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for client meetings.
- Comfortable working in a 6-day work week (Monday Off).
Preferred Background: FMCG, SaaS, Real Estate, Consumer Sales
Notice Period: 0–30 Days (Early joiners preferred)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
