Designation: - Site Supervisor

Looking for a well experience Site Supervisor for Office Fit-out & Maintenance.

To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.

To supervise workers and subcontractors.

Handling multiple projects at a time.

Should have knowledge of BOQ

Monitoring other project in-charge.

Delegating work to the Project in-charges

To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items.

To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.

Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget.

To manage orders and deliveries of construction materials,

To organize staff work schedules, complete records for site reports.
