We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Graduation in any discipline.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in Corporate environment preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
