The Assistant Accountant will assist the Head Accountant in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office and Tally, contributing to efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records in Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and file tax returns and compliance documentation as required.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Create and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.




- Collaborate with team members to provide insights and support on financial matters.

Qualifications:

- Relevant work experience (1-2 years) in accounting or finance preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Tally.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
