The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, delivering scripted sales pitches, handling inquiries, and supporting customer needs while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to generate leads, schedule appointments, or explain company products/services.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and customer feedback.
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and concerns.

- Good listening ability with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
