Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

- Attend clients and understand their requirements.
- Verify customer orders and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing.
- Follow up with clients on order status and deliveries.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collect client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain customer records and prepare CRM reports.
- Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Client Servicing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
