Simra Aveera Private Limited is launching a coaching center in Bengaluru for IIT-JEE and NEET preparation, focused on structured learning, strong mentoring, and measurable student outcomes.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Chemistry Faculty to handle NEET batches (Class 11 & 12). The role requires strong conceptual clarity, effective teaching skills, and the ability to contribute to student performance and academic consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

•Deliver structured lectures for NEET Chemistry

•Cover Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with clarity

•Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes

•Prepare assignments, DPPs,



and contribute to test discussions

•Track student performance and provide academic support

•Collaborate with senior faculty on academic planning

Requirements:

•4–5 years of experience in NEET coaching

•Strong command over Chemistry concepts (Physical, Organic, Inorganic)

•Positive communication and classroom management skills

•Ability to simplify concepts and ensure student understanding

•Consistent and disciplined teaching approach

Preferred:

•Experience in reputed coaching institutes

•Familiarity with structured test series and academic systems

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
