Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with prospective students using available student data and references.
- Engage with potential learners through telephonic communication and provide detailed information about programs and offerings.
- Conduct counselling sessions to understand student requirements and guide them accordingly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure effective conversion and relationship building.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 6–12 months of experience in telephonic counselling or telesales.
- Prior experience in a BPO/Call center or sales environment will be preferred.

Job Details:

- Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
