Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to deliver training sessions that enhance communication, presentation, interpersonal, and professional skills. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about mentoring and developing students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on communication, presentation, and workplace etiquette.
- Help students improve interview and public speaking skills.
- Facilitate group discussions, mock interviews, and role-play activities.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with academic teams to schedule training sessions.
- Encourage active participation and continuous learning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and passionate about training.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
