- Operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines to manufacture precision components.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Monitor machine operations and make offset adjustments when required.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns, tooling issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, 5S practices, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
