ResponsibilitiesNetwork & Internet

- Manage office LAN/WAN network
- Configure and maintain Wi-Fi
- Troubleshoot internet issues
- Configure routers, switches and firewalls
- Coordinate with Airtel, Jio, BSNL or other ISPs

CCTV & Security

- Install and maintain CCTV cameras
- Configure NVR/DVR systems
- Remote viewing setup
- Camera health monitoring
- Data backup

Computer Support

- Install Windows and software
- Assemble and upgrade desktops
- Install printers and scanners
- Virus removal
- User support

Email & Office

- Configure Outlook and Office 365
- Manage company email IDs
- Password reset
- Printer sharing
- Shared folders

Servers & Storage

- NAS setup
- Backup management
- File server maintenance
- User access control

Attendance & Access

- Biometric attendance machines
- Access control systems
- Employee card management





Website & Digital

- Basic website maintenance
- Domain and hosting coordination
- SSL certificate renewal
- Basic troubleshooting

Inventory

- Maintain IT asset register
- Track laptops, desktops and accessories
- AMC management

Required Skills

- Windows 10/11
- Windows Server (basic knowledge)
- Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Router & Switch Configuration
- Hikvision/Dahua CCTV
- Printers
- Wi-Fi Configuration
- Microsoft Office
