We are currently looking for an Executive – Corporate Communications to join the Strategy Team at our Noida office.

About the Role
This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys managing high-impact events, building strategic relationships, and driving internal and external communication initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in enhancing the firm's brand visibility through conferences, webinars, industry engagements, and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of the firm's corporate communication strategy.
- Support internal communication initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, speakers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, speaker coordination, rehearsals, venue management, and post-event reporting.
- Draft event invitations, communication mailers, announcements, and other marketing collateral.




- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements for future communication initiatives.
- Leverage digital event platforms such as Zoom, Webex, GoToWebinar, and Microsoft Teams to deliver engaging virtual and hybrid events.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals who have:

- 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or Strategic Communications.
- Experience managing corporate events, webinars, conferences, or hybrid events from planning to execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Working knowledge of virtual event technologies and basic understanding of event production, including audio, video, and lighting coordination.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Events, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
