Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in choosing cards and related products
- Explain product designs, printing options, pricing, and customization details
- Handle customer inquiries directly, over phone, and through social media/WhatsApp
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with designers and printing staff to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain showroom display and product catalogs neatly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Build robust customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Keep updated with latest invitation trends, designs, and materials
