· Minimum 1+ years of experience in I&FR; (Installation & Fault Repair)

· Hands-on experience in:

o Fiber splicing

o Customer end installation/service

o Wi-Fi router troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

· Installation and activation of FTTH,FTTX connections

· Fiber splicing and fault rectification

· Resolving customer complaints and service issues

· Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and connectivity problems

· Ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction

1+ yrs experience (Splicing, WiFi, Customer Service)
10th / ITI / Intermediate/Graduate
