We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team Chalakudy.

Candidates should be proficient in networking configuration, diagnostics and maintenance. Also have experience with computer and network security, including firewalls, antivirus software and malware protection.

Candidates often need to provide technical support remotely and need to be familiar with virtual network solutions. They also need to have exceptional communication skills as the role includes dealing with customers by providing customer support and being proficient with the use of command-line interfaces for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role and must be MCSE and CCNA certified.

Responsibilities:

- Design, install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.




- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support for users.
- Respond to system outages and other critical issues.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of system hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MCSE and CCNA certifications.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
