About Role:

Hiring for Corporate Team Lead - Chennai

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to guide, motivate, and elevate our team. In this role, you will act as a player, coach,balancing daily operational goals with the qualified growth of your team members.

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Education: Any UG / PG

Job Location: Anna Nagar , Chennai
Work timing : Day Shift (10 AM - 7 PM)

Preferred Candidates background: Call center / BPO - Out bound sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive day-to-day operations to ensure customer care executives meet their daily performance and sales targets.
- Conduct regular call audits to monitor quality, compliance, and identify gaps in performance.
- Design and manage regular training processes for both new joiners and existing callers to sharpen their skills.
- Leverage coaching and quality insights to directly drive and improve sales conversion rates across the team.
