About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven LinkedIn Outreach Executive to generate qualified leads and build professional relationships through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently while achieving outreach targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities on LinkedIn.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Initiate conversations and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach activities in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve outreach strategies.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (Completed or Pursuing).
- 0–2 years of experience in LinkedIn Outreach, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Send 100–150 personalized LinkedIn connection requests daily.
- Send timely follow-up messages to prospects.
- Generate quality responses and qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
