Job Description – C/C++ Developer

Experience: 5–10 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled C/C++ Developer with strong programming expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile environments, positive knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C and C++.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable code following coding standards.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain technical documentation and update project artifacts in Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best development practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in C and C++ development.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Golang.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with system programming, multithreading, and networking concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
