Job Description

- Conceptualization and development of Websites, Flash Animations, Multimedia and Software Interfaces, and Corporate Presentations and Brochure designs
- Visualize and design concepts on the basis of requirements communicated in a variety of forms, ranging from a single; paragraph description of client requirements to a well-detailed design suggestion document
- Work with the team of third-party technical and design professionals and direct/assist junior designers for design activities
- Coordinate with international clients and business developers directly
- If the candidate demonstrates impressive leadership and managerial abilities then they might be considered for the position of Art Director as well

Desired Profile




- A minimum of 5 years of experience and exposure to international clients

- Positive knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, and Macromedia Flash etc
- Fine arts background preferred
- Must possess proficiency in flash animations
- Must have excellent communication skills and should be a good team player
- Candidates with good hand in sketching and cell animation will be preferred
- Candidates MUST NOT be from the Print Media background

Experience in the e-learning and/or Web application development space would be excellent.
