1. Content Planning & Ownership

● Own the end-to-end content calendar for YouTube and digital platforms.

● Plan, research, and ideate content aligned with business goals and audience interests.

● Ensure timely execution of all planned content.

2. Content Creation

● Create high-quality, research-backed content including long-form YouTube scripts,

Shorts, Reels, blogs, articles, carousel copy, static content, email copy, and website

content.

● Ensure consistency in brand voice, storytelling, and factual accuracy across all written

content.

3. YouTube Ownership

● Act as the single POC for YouTube from script to publishing.

● Handle YouTube uploads, scheduling, SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, chapters,

thumbnails), and ensure all videos are published on time.

● Coordinate with editors and designers to meet publishing deadlines.

Design & Cross-Functional Coordination

● Possess working knowledge of Canva for creating basic creatives and carousel layouts.

● Prepare design briefs and coordinate with designers, editors, and the media team to

ensure high-quality creative output and timely delivery.

5. Quality, Performance & Accountability

● Take complete ownership of all written content across platforms.

● Maintain content quality, monitor performance, suggest improvements based on

analytics, and ensure every deliverable meets brand standards and deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
