Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee – Planning to support the Planning team in scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating construction projects. This role offers an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in project planning, resource management, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in preparing the Master Construction Schedule for multiple projects.

* Support the preparation and monitoring of project cash flow statements.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely availability of manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.

* Monitor project progress against the master schedule and report any deviations.

* Track project milestones and identify potential delays.





* Assist in implementing corrective measures to keep projects on schedule.

* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Maintain project planning documents and MIS reports.

* Learn and assist in using planning tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, or Primavera P6.

Requirements

* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2025/2026 graduates can apply).

* Basic knowledge of construction planning and project management concepts.

* Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.

* Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

* Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
