About the Role

The Qualified Couriers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Chennai branch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in courier, logistics, express, or supply chain operations with the ability to drive business growth, manage branch operations, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and profitability of the branch.
- Achieve branch revenue and business development targets.
- Develop new business through direct sales and customer acquisition.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Monitor daily pickup, delivery, dispatch, and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve performance goals.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor branch expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for smooth branch operations.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or express distribution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Territory Manager, or Operations Manager.
- Strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle revenue targets and branch P&L.;
